Mr. Broast

Case Study

Nothing beats a crunchy burger and chilled bubble iced tea when it comes to conquering a bad day! Mr. Broast is food for the soul, metaphorically and otherwise. Officially called the “Home for Zinger Burgers,” this restaurant offers a range of scrumptious fast foods.
However, COVID19 brought with it various adversities, especially when the world entirely shifted online. Accompanied by weak branding, the lack of an integrated online system took a toll on the cafe’s traction.

What were the challenges?

Behind every flourishing fast food, business is a good social media marketing team. This is precisely what Mr. Broast was falling short of here are a few more reasons why the restaurant was held back
  • Social Media engagement on Instagram and Facebook was almost negligible. This rendered low community interaction which as a result confined the brand’s online sale during the COVID period.
  • The menu and general ambiance of the brand were falling short of vigor and needed an edge to pop out.
  • The store’s branding strategy needed a make-over from scratch. Right from the digital strategy for rebranding to switching gears in web designs and fanning the social media flames to generate new orders, no stone was left unturned.
Now, how did Admark Digital help?
